Job Title: Private Practice Counselor/Therapist

Education: Minimum of a master’s degree in counseling/psychology. Education and experience in mental performance/sports psychology preferred.

Licensure: Must be a fully licensed LCPC, Psy.D., or Ph.D. in the state of Illinois

Our innovative, physical therapy and counseling practice is seeking an experienced therapist to work together with our interdisciplinary team of physical therapists and counselors. The therapist will provide therapy to adults, children, and adolescents. This is a contracted, full-time role in an insurance-based practice. Our office will provide scheduling, billing services, administrative support, and office space. The therapist must be credentialed, or eligible to be credentialed, on major insurance panels. The office staff will help with the credentialing process.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed LCPC, Psy.D., or Ph.D in IL.
• Two years (minimum) of clinical experience working in the mental health field.
• Must be self-driven and collaborate well with other clinicians/staff.
