With over 20 years of experience in retail management, Jackie made a career transition into healthcare four years ago, driven by her passion for helping others. Today, she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and is committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient.
She holds a Certificate in Physician Office Coding and Billing from the College of DuPage, which has enhanced her understanding of the administrative side of healthcare and strengthened her ability to support both patients and clinical staff.
Originally from Chicago, Jackie also spent time living in Oak Lawn, where she first discovered her love for healthcare while volunteering at a local hospital. She now lives in Bolingbrook with her family. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to her daughter and loves spending time with loved ones. You’ll often find her hiking, practicing yoga, or just enjoying the little things in life. For Jackie, balance, wellness, and meaningful connections are what it’s all about—both at work and at home.
